The Uzbekistan Cup (Uzbek: O'zbekiston Kubogi or Ўзбекистон Кубоги) is an annual national football cup tournament organized by Uzbekistan Professional Football League.

The tournament consists of a group stage, knockout stage and a final. The group stage takes place in April–May, the playoffs in June–September and the final match in late September–early October.

Held since 1992, this is the oldest competition in Uzbek football. During the years of Uzbekistan's independence, the first winner of the cup was the Namangan club Navbahor, and the last was the Andijan club Andijon.

The winner of the Uzbekistan Cup gets the right to participate in AFC Champions League Two. In case of victory of the Super League champion in the Uzbekistan Cup, the club that takes second place in the Uzbekistan Super League gets the right to participate in the second AFC Champions League.

Pakhtakor is the most titled club in the tournament, having won the Uzbekistan Cup 13 times. Bunyodkor is in second place with 4 trophies, and Navbahor, Nasaf and Lokomotiv are in third place, with 3 trophies each.
